On Thursday, Pakistan launched airstrikes on several military stations and Jaisalmer along with Jammu near the western border in Rajasthan, but India’s air defense systems successfully thwarted their efforts.

The Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday suspended IPL 2025 with immediate effect, for a week for a week due to India-Pakistan border tension.
A decision was taken by the BCCI on Friday after across the border on Thursday night, which led to blackouts in Jammu, Udampur and Pathankot, as air strikes from Pakistan and drones captured the sky.

The attacks in Pakistan are in vengeance for operation sindoor by the Indian Armed Forces on the terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, from where an attack on tourists in Pahgam was planned. The terrorists killed 26 tourists – 25 Indians and a Nepali citizen – near Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir.
