FAF Do Plessis, Triston Stabs included DC Squad for the remainder of IPL 2025




The Delhi Capital (DC) on Saturday confirmed that as per a release from DC, vice-captain FAF Do Plessis and Middle-Order Batter Triston Stabs had re-included the squad before resumping the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The franchise has also confirmed that Australian Pacer Michelle Starc and South African all -rounder Donovan Pharera are currently unavailable. Starc is the most wicket -taking of DC, which is at an average of 26.14 with 14 wickets in 11 matches so far.

On the other hand, Bangladeshi Seemar Mustafizur Rahman has been given a no-objection certificate (NOC) on Friday by Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), which is to join the Delhi Capital (DC) for the period of 18-24 May 2025 in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) according to Asmner.

The BCB confirmed that Mustafizur would be available for the first T20I of Bangladesh against UAE in Sharjah on Saturday before a visit to India.

On Wednesday, DC declared Mustafizur as a replacement of Australian opener Jake Fraser-Makegur, which would be unavailable for the remaining IPL 2025.

Mustafizur, who started her IPL in 2016, represented Delhi capitals during the first 2022 and 2023 seasons. In 2022, he took eight wickets in eight matches with the 7.62 economy, and in the next season, he played two matches for Delhi’s capitals.

During his IPL career, 29 -year -old played 38 matches, claiming 38 wickets at the economy rate of 7.84. He has played for separate franchisees in the league, making a reputation for bowling effectively in all stages of one innings.

To resume on May 17 with IPL 2025, Delhi Capital will face Gujarat Titans (GT) in his next stability at Arun Jaitley Stadium on Sunday.

Currently, DC is ranked fifth in the table, which has lost four of their last five matches after starting the season with five consecutive wins.
