Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan According to Cre Matrix, an apartment has been purchased for Rs 69 crore in DLF’s Super Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram. Real Estate Data Analytic firm Cre Matrix has reviewed the registered agreement for sale on February 4, 2025. Dhawan has bought an apartment of 6,040 sq ft in Golf Course Rod, Gurugram, Gurugram in DLF’s latest super-Luxury project ‘The Dahlias’. The property is priced at Rs 65.61 crore and stamp duty is Rs 3.28 crore, which takes up to about Rs 69 crore.
In October last year, veteran India opener Dhawan declared retirement from cricket in all forms.
Dhawan made an international debut in an ODI against Australia in Visakhapatnam in 2010 and his last India game against Bangladesh in 2022 was also a 50 -over match.
In August last year, DLF launched the 17 -acre housing project ‘The Dahlias’ in DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram, Haryana, including 420 apartments and penthouse.
The project is a second ultra-linger offering from DLF after the successful delivery of ‘The Kamalias’ at the same place.
DLF is expecting a total revenue of Rs 35,000 crore from this project.
